Artwork on Email

Suitable formats for one-colour logos are Tiff or Bitmap of 600dpi minimum. Please check on the product you require for the size of your print.

Suitable formats for multi colour logos are CorelDraw 8.0 or below, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand 9.0 or below. These need to be in an editable format and have text converted to curves or paths. Photoshop files to be at a 300 dpi.

JPEG formatted images tend to pixelate quite badly and we do not advise that you supply in this format.

Please when supplying artwork on email always state your order number in the subject line.  This allows us to keep control, as the number of files we process  are large.

Indicate on the Email what product the artwork is to be printed on and Ensure that the Email itself in some way reflects the company through which the order is being placed.

Also attach a mock-up in a JPEG format of the artwork as you expect it to be. This will ensure that any changes that need to be made to the artwork are instigated, and that we have received the correct image.

Charges

The first 10 minutes we spend on typesetting artwork are included in the price. After that artwork will be charged at $3.50 per 5 minutes. If any artwork costs are required above this you will be notified before we proceed. Generally if you send us artwork following our guidelines above this will minimise artwork charges.
